Each community website has the capability of being your neighbors one stop shop to all things community related. The websites can be further customized to include community updates, calendar of events, and community photos.
Homeowner and Board Member Access to Account Information:
When you live a community managed by PPM, you will have the ability to make online payments, as well as access your account history, submit architectural requests , update contact information, and sign up for automatic payments online.
Board Members will have visibility into community information such as the most current financial reports, homeowner contact list, and vendor contracts anywhere they have internet access.
