CINC WebAxis Admin Access Application

WHEREAS, PPM is the management company for the Association;

WHERES, any communications disbursed to members from use of the App contains PPM’s name and emblem on it;

WHEREAS, the undersigned has been authorized by the Board of Directors for the Association to gain administrative access to the App for purposes of creating, revising and manipulating content on the Association’s website and also for the purposes of communicating with all members of the Association (“the Administrative Access Credentials”);

WHEREAS, PPM is willing to give the undersigned the Administrative Access Credentials subject to the terms and conditions herein:

1. The undersigned agrees not to disclose the Administrative Access Credentials to anyone else without the express written consent of PPM.
   
   
2. The undersigned will not change, alter, amend or modify any of the content on the Association’s website without the expressly written consent of PPM.
   
   
3. The undersigned will not use the App to send any communication to the members of the Association without the express written consent of PPM.
   
   
4. The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PPM, its staff, officers and directors from any liability for losses, damages, or claims that may occur in any way as a result of the undersigned’s access to the Administrative Access Credentials, unauthorized modification of the Association’s website or use of the Administrative Access Credentials and/or App to communicate with the members of the Association.
