As a Board member or Officer of the community association named below (“Association”), or a candidate for any of those positions, I acknowledge that I have read the Association’s Ethics and Confidentiality Policy that has been duly adopted by Resolution of the Board of Directors for the Association, and I understand the expectation that all Board members and officers will comply with the Policy, and that the Association’s Board of Directors may take certain actions as outlined in the Policy Resolution in response to any violations of same.
