As a reminder, secure all items in the event of a pending storm, especially if any exterior construction is in progress. PPM will have a manager on-call to deal with Association-related property emergencies that occur after-hours. We are hoping this pending storm will not affect the Triangle area but be prepared in the event it does track toward NC.

Prepare for unusually cold temperatures by running at least one faucet in your home at a thin stream. In addition, remove hoses from exterior spigots and insulate exterior piping.
